Dr Fiona Lynch
Clinical Psychologist
Fiona is a Clinical Psychologist and since completing her Doctorate has had diverse experience working in public mental health, oncology public hospitals, and private practice settings.
Fiona is passionate about working with women across adulthood to support them with their current challenges in life, including mood concerns, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, illness anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma, and supporting people living with chronic illness.
Fiona has a compassionate approach and works collaboratively with her clients to come up with the best treatment plan informed by evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
Fiona is also a Board-approved Clinical Supervisor, a member of The Australian Psychological Society (APS) Clinical College, and fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Fiona provides 50 minute appointments in person at Women’s Health Torquay, or via telehealth (video call).
