Rebecca Confoy
Psychologist
Rebecca completed her psychology degree in 2002 and has enjoyed a range of clinical applications over the past 22 years. These include working in community health settings, a youth mental health service, collaborating with wellbeing teams in secondary schools, providing practice lead and clinical supervision including to Deakin Uni clinical psychology trainees. Creating a trusting and safe space to allow for the felt sense of healing and growth has remained a priority in Rebecca’s care. Outside of Women’s Health Torquay, Rebecca contracts to a private eating disorder clinic to provide specialist psychological treatment for emotional eating distress, body image concerns and diagnosed eating disorders. Rebecca sees both private patients and those with a GP Mental Health / Eating Disorder Plan.
